How We Collect Information

Non-Personal Information
 
When you browse our Websites or access our applications without submitting personal information, we do not collect personal information about you. However, our internet service provider records certain details of your visit to our Websites, such as:

Credit Card Information
 

We do not store any credit card information obtained at our retail partners’ stores, by telephone, or through our Websites or applications. Such information is passed directly to our bank or, where applicable, our supplier for processing.

 

We retain only the last four digits of your credit card number for verification purposes upon delivery. In certain situations, we may request a copy of your driver’s licence and credit card to confirm delivery when you will not be present or when products have been purchased as a gift, to ensure the transaction is not fraudulent. This information is destroyed immediately after its accuracy is verified.

Option of Non-Disclosure

To provide our services to you, we may collect various types of personal information. This typically includes your name, contact details such as email address and telephone or mobile numbers, and information regarding your interactions with us or other users of our services.

Children’s Privacy

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 15, we will promptly delete such information. Parents or legal guardians can inform us of any inadvertent collection of personal information from a child under 15 and request its removal by contacting us using the information provided below. Comments on Forums

By submitting comments on any of our forum or article pages on the Futuresleep Website or any of our other Websites or applications, you consent to our publishing part or all of your comment along with your username.

  • No Application of Clause 8.1: Clause 8.1 of the Australian Privacy Principles will not apply to such disclosure.

  • No Redress: You will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Different Privacy Obligations: The overseas recipient may not be subject to any privacy obligations or principles similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • Limited Legal Recourse: You may not be able to seek redress in the overseas jurisdiction.

  • Foreign Law Compliance: The overseas recipient may be subject to foreign laws that could compel the disclosure of personal information to a third party, such as an overseas authority.
